Everything you need to know about our practical workshops

They are 10 intensive workshops covering all aspects of bodybuilding and fitness: fundamental training, nutrition, supplementation, techniques for each muscle group (chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs), cardio, and planning. Each workshop combines theory and practice.

Workshops are available in both modalities. IN-PERSON: at Scorus Gym (Alicante) with real-time corrections, integrated practice, and personalized attention. ONLINE: by live videoconference with unlimited access to recordings, direct interaction with Bernat, and complementary PDF materials.

You can choose the workshops that interest you most or do the complete 10-workshop program. We recommend the complete program for comprehensive training, but we understand each person has specific needs. Contact us for more information about individual workshops.

Each workshop includes: structured theoretical and practical training, teaching from a world champion with 30+ years of experience, small groups for personalized attention, official attendance certificate, exclusive materials (guides and demonstrations), and modality flexibility (in-person or online).

Each workshop lasts approximately 2-3 hours, combining theory and practice. The complete 10-workshop program totals approximately 25-30 hours of intensive training. Dates and schedules are coordinated according to chosen modality.

Workshops are designed for both fitness professionals (personal trainers, coaches) and advanced enthusiasts seeking in-depth knowledge. Content is technical but accessible, and adapts to participants' level.

Groups are small to maintain training quality and allow personalized attention. In in-person modality, maximum 10-12 people. In online modality, groups of up to 20 people with direct interaction.
