Sessions are held in our private gym at Av. Conrado Albaladejo, 31, Alicante. It's an exclusive space of over 120m² with state-of-the-art professional equipment, private environment without distractions, and small groups of maximum 2-3 people per session.
Our programs are designed mainly for two goals: muscle mass gain (hypertrophy) and fat loss (definition). We also work on strength, endurance, body composition improvement, and preparation for natural bodybuilding competitions.
