Yes, online coaching is available for any country. All communications are via video call, WhatsApp, and online platform. Training and nutrition plans are adapted to your location, food availability, and schedules.
Depending on the plan, you receive adjustments to your diet and training every 4 weeks (Kickstart), every 2 weeks (Transformation), or weekly (Elite). Follow-up includes analysis of your progress with photos, measurements, and weight, and personalized adjustments based on your results.
Not necessarily. Training plans are adapted to your situation: full gym, basic gym, or home training with minimal equipment. You indicate in the initial form what equipment you have available and we design your routine accordingly.
